Born 1981, Whitehaven, Cumbria.A marine engineering officer in the merchant navy.
I work outdoors on location as much as possible with the aid of my specially converted series Land Rover. Work has evolved from the study of the impressionists work and Turner at school. I use mainly oils and acrylics for larger paintings on canvas. Watercolour and acrylics are used for quick sketches. Other artistic works include the photography of landscapes and stereo photography.
